For 16 years, Gregg led Department of Justice False Claims Act investigations and cases that resulted in over $3 billion in recoveries from companies and individuals that defrauded the government. He twice received the Department’s highest award for fraud prosecutors.
Since leaving the government in 2021, Gregg has continued to work on matters that root out fraud. He specializes in representing whistleblowers who bring False Claims Act qui tam cases that concern fraud against the government. Gregg also represents whistleblowers in connection with submissions to the whistleblower programs of the SEC, IRS, and other federal agencies.
Gregg has particular expertise in cases involving health care kickbacks and Stark Law violations, customs and tariff fraud, medical billing fraud, drug price reporting fraud, prior authorization fraud, and fraud involving government grants and contracts. Read full biography here.
